Before you download audio from No Gate Music
- You may download and keep the audio for personal listening, reflection, study, and direct ministry use.
- You may share the official file with friends, family, churches, or ministries if you do not remove attribution or present it as your own work.
- If the download is a song, you may perform it live in non-commercial church, ministry, or community settings after giving No Gate Music one notice before the first performance.
- That one notice covers non-commercial live performances of that song for 12 months, so you do not need to contact us for every event.
- You may not sell, sublicense, rebroadcast, re-upload as your own release, mint, sample-train, or register any ownership interest in the audio.
If you want to perform a downloaded song live
Before the first non-commercial live performance, let No Gate Music know your name, organization, general location, and how you plan to use the song. One notice covers that song for 12 months of non-commercial live performances.
This live-performance window applies to songs. Programs such as Center or The Journey are for listening, study, and ministry sharing, not live performance.
Written permission is still required for broader use
- Commercial use, paid advertising, sponsorship campaigns, or resale.
- Film, television, sync, brand campaigns, broadcasts, rebroadcasts, or monetized platform releases.
- Edited excerpts, derivative release projects, or reposted full programs outside direct ministry sharing.
If you want a broader license, contact No Gate Music first and get written approval before using the audio that way.
The audio still belongs to No Gate Music
Downloading audio does not transfer copyright, publishing, master ownership, trademark rights, program ownership, or any exclusive license. All rights stay with No Gate Music unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
If this music blesses you and you want more songs, more broadcasts, and more ministry work to stay available, consider supporting the ministry.
