What We Store
In the Gritlo testing workspace, selected testers and the owner see a notice that their comments and Gritlo responses are recorded privately for NoGate to improve the program. The feedback includes the date and project, session and selected clip identifiers. You can also submit an explicit feedback comment without using Gritlo replies or SCG. Only the owner can review these records. This does not publish your songs or sign you up for marketing.
- Contact details and messages you send through direct station inquiries.
- If you apply for the workbook testing program: your name, email, testing goals, participation and contact consent, application dates, and private review notes. NoGate uses these to review applications and coordinate testing; applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
- If you join the NoGate launch list: your email, optional first name, signup and consent dates, confirmation status, and unsubscribe preference.
- Payment records needed to process private arrangements or purchases.
- Basic site, security, and delivery logs needed to operate the website and radio stream.
Website Audience Reporting
NoGate uses first-party browser storage to estimate visits, returning browsers, pages viewed and referral sources. Visits end after 30 minutes without a page view. We record page paths without queries or fragments, referral domains without their page paths, and approximate network locations. We do not record form contents, lyrics, email addresses or raw network addresses in the audience database.
Location lookup uses our existing country.is service, which receives your network address to return an approximate country, region and city. Audience records stay on the NoGate server and are visible only to the owner as an aggregate report. We do not sell them or use advertising trackers. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals stop new website audience collection. Clearing browser storage changes the browser identifier. Signed-in owner visits and known automated browsers are excluded. Existing radio operation records are separate.
How Data Is Used
- Respond to station inquiries and direct messages.
- Process private arrangements or purchases.
- Operate and protect the website, radio stream, and related ministry systems.
- Communicate with you about follow-up and station updates when appropriate.
We do not sell your personal information.
NoGate Launch Updates
The launch list is optional. We use it to confirm your email and, after confirmation, let you know about NoGate launch news and Workbook One enrollment. It does not create a Studio account, reserve a student place, or place an order.
Your contact details are available to authorized NoGate administrators and the email service used to send these messages; they are not displayed publicly. Launch-list emails include a link to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops launch updates; we keep a record of that preference so you are not added back without confirming a new request.
