This notice supplements the Studio Privacy Policy. Marketplace records include beat/order identifiers, amounts and status, payment-session references, accepted agreement/version/hash/time and your US-buyer confirmation. Download access uses a private token; the server stores its hash. Keep your purchase link private.

Stripe processes payment information and may collect your contact and billing details. NoGate does not collect your full card number through the market page. Payment and order information is used for checkout, delivery, fraud/dispute handling, accounting and verified access recovery. It is not permission to enroll you in marketing.

Public Gritlo help sends the question you choose to submit to OpenAI to select approved answers. It does not inspect private purchase records. Do not put passwords, payment details, private purchase links, sensitive personal information or unreleased lyrics into that question. Private human support is separate: the contact form saves your request and reference before attempting owner notification. Request only the information needed for your issue.

NoGate keeps private sales/rights records and operational backups for delivery, accounting, claims and the promise never to resell an exclusive. Contact private Support for access, correction or deletion requests. Necessary transaction, rights and legal records may need to remain; deletion is not promised to erase required records or instantly remove all backups. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable requirements. Routine server logs and abuse controls also operate under the Studio Privacy Policy.

We do not sell marketplace purchase data. We share information as necessary with payment, hosting and support providers to operate the service, and when legally required or needed to protect legitimate rights. We do not send your private order capability or payment details to the public Gritlo answer selector. No specific privacy request is fulfilled merely because a general AI answer says it is.
